Do you know a command under "lotus123 macro language", that closes the macro and the whole lotus123 application.
In detail:
I click on the "maco.123" file in the explorer. Lotus-123 starts up and runs its prcedures. After this it close itself and the whole lotus-123 closes and I am in the explorer again.
I would be very glad for a reply.

Best regards

Hello Marco

I assume that your procedures are written as Macros.
In order start and finish in explorer it only needs a few changes to Maco.123 as follows:-

1 In File - User Setup - 1-2-3 Preferences - Other options - tick the box for "Run file Opened scripts, autoexecute macros".

2 Rename the first macro you wish to run in file Maco.123 as \0 ("zero" not "O")

3 At the end of the last macro add the command {FILE-EXIT "yes"}, this will close the file without saving any changes and exit the 123 session. If you need to save changes to the file add {FILE-SAVE} before {FILE-EXIT "yes"}.

4 Save these changes.

When you click on Maco.123 in explorer this will start a 123 session and open File Maco.123. The first thing 123 looks for in a file is a macro named \0 ( the only name it recognises as an "Autoexecute macro") and will immediately run it. Since you named your first procedure \0 all your following procedures will run in the normal way. By adding the commands shown in step 3 to the last macro, this will finish the session, and you will be back in explorer. This worked in 123 release 9.

Hope this is of some help.
