I have 123 release 9 for windows. now I used to use 123 for everything in the past(15 years ago). Now low and behold, my owner is using it again. Anyway, on to my issue....

when i am trying to write a {menubranch} macro, it isnt working. For example...

i use \m {menubranch emenu}

emenu enter new employee edit employee

i format the range for \m within the cell \m is located

i format emenu in the cell with the first option.

all it does when i execute, is put \m in the cell that is active. it wont launch the menu. i have tried naming it in the emenu cell, and it does the same thing. is this macro no longer supported?? or am i doing something wrong??

any help would be appreciated

baaaaa nevermind.

it helps when you name the proper cell for the range.
duh

ok, opening his back up for a question

{getnumber "What where Sundays sales", b:38}

what is wrong with this?? i get argument error

Where you have ", b:38}" change it to ",b38}". In other words remove the space after the comma and take out the colon in b38.
