123 9.8 Installs on drive D:

I am running XP Pro on a pc with HDs C: and D:. For some reason when I install Lotus Smartsuite 9.8 on the computer it insists on installing it on D:. There is no dialog in the installation process that lets me choose where to install it.
How can I tell the progran to install on C:?
