1224EX line ring

I got "volunteered" to help a small non-profit make some changes on a 1224EX. The darn thing is older than me I think
I've never worked on one before, but "phoneguySR" had a 2448 EX book. The problem is the password (2366) only gives me error tones so I can't get in to set line ringing on a couple sets. Does the 1224EX have a different password?
On an Idle display set at ext 10, I'm entering **2366...get error tone at this point.

That is not the default code for Vodavi. It may work if you use the default code. I would PM you the code if I knew how to do it. I do not post codes that users can screw around in the system.

Jeepjeep is correct. The 308, 616, and 1224 models had a different password from the 2448 and 96EX. You'll need to get a manual for the 1224, which shouldn't be hard to find.
