I am deploying a bunch of 1220 IP sets. Out of the box, the key labels show a conference key, to the left of the navigation keys and above the services key. It is not one of the context sensitive keys.

It is an actual key with a printed key cap.

CS1000E at Rls 7.5

This conference key is not working for me. I can program the soft keys as the A06 and this works, but not this particular key.

I have looked through the user guide and can't find anything.
Does anyone know how to get this conference key to work?

THanks.

1220 set has a softkey setup as conference, there is no hard key on the set. Once the phone is on a call the conference button will appear, it's programmed by default when you setup an 1220 in software, should be key 18.

Are these brand new phones or refurbished, they might just have had they keys relabelled.

Hello Hached,

we know about the softkey and i already told about then to our costumer, but in the 1220 we have eight buttons fixed, conference, message, redial, servicios, quit and directory.

And our costumer wants to use the conference and redial keys.

I read in another post to CS1000 7.0 we needed installed a patch in ss, but i didnot find information to cs1000 7.5

Any suggestion

Regards
