1210 IP phone rebooting! on BCM450r1

HI I am having a similar problem with the 1210 phone rebooting on a bcm450 this is a new phone and it keeps rebooting even though i have the manual ip info set and have not used dhcp.
is there a service in the service manager that needs reset?
