1210, 1220 ip phones screen in blank

I have several phones 1210 and 1220 with the screen in blanck suddenly.

Everyday there are more and more only in a network segment of the network.

Do you get dial tone on the phones and can you make / receive calls?
Try rebooting them.
Could be a bad batch of phones.

You can dial a receive calls.

The stat of phones are idle, idu command is successful.

The screen turn into blank and you can't watch anything in the phone.

I said before something wrong, it happens in all the network not only in one segment.

I already rebooted it without success.
