That's not a known (legitimate) process according to the interwebz. You probably have a virus there chief!!! Try the following in order. Get them from Bleeping Computer. You may want to download from another computer if you have to and you may have to run these from Safe Mode if they won't run in regular mode.
In order, reboot after each if asked.
ADW Cleaner
Rogue Killer
MalwareByte's anti-malware
Use Process Explorer (like Task Manager) to see which folder this junk is running out of and then report back.
Last chance if above fail. You must remove anti-virus software first and then reboot computer before running.
ComboFix (bleeping computer)
You should be off of XP as well at this point. No more security updates may have contributed to this.
