11i - Duplicating an Oracle application Instance??

Hi,

I have been trying to duplicate a Application Instance on the same server.

I could not find any documentation. I found a couple of links,
and


BUT, the link does not work.

Does anybody have a copy of a step by step approach to duplicate an oracle 11i application Instance.

Appreciate your help.
