Hi there-- I'm new to this site and to the field of the Option 11 - Here is my question(s)--
Could anyone help me in determining the correct modem settings and access programs (dial-up) for an Option 11C that I just purchaced? I have a USR 2400 Baud modem and am trying to get this hooked up so I can program it from my desk instead of at the site.. Any help would be appreciated!

You can set it up through Hyperterminal:

I used VT 52 for the emulator.

Keep in mind you will not be able to access Meridian Mail via Hyperterminal. The software that works good with the PBX and Meridian Mail is called ProComm.

Colin,
When I type the string you mentioned above the modem comes back with ERROR - should the string be AT&B1&W1&W1? why W1 twice?
