Hey there,

Recently acquired an Option 11C with a CallPilot 201i installed.
Since I want to use this system for my own uses, I cleared the config out on the Meridian and reconfigured a basic setup with two phones and ELAN connectivity (rlogin, etc)

Now, I'd like to get the CallPilot set up… but I'm not sure how. I've been following this page here and it's worked, until I got to the area captioned "DEFINE CALL PILOT IN THE CUSTOMER DATA BLOCK (LD 15)"

"ATDN DID or PHANTOM number, Do not use 0" << Which DID? Which phantom number? I haven't made any of those.

"AODN CP CDN " << the AODN option does not accept values that aren't numerical, so why CP CDN?

And so on and so on.

On the CallPilot side the CallPilot Blue Call Router and Time Service "are not fully operation", and so the Call Server is not running. I have punched down RJ-21 to an RJ-45 patch properly and the network is functioning properly, (I can ping the callpilot, I can RDP into the callpilot) but during CallPilot startup the meridian console informs me "write to socket fail due to far end disconnect or Ethernet problems" and that ELAN16 has been disabled.

To sum it up, I have things working and things not working, and I'm unsure where to go.

ATDN is the attendant Directory number set it to anything as I guess you will not have an Attendant console just pick a number you are not using example 100, or 200,or 300, etc.

You will need to configure

ACD group for the channels to the callpilot (if you are not doing contact center and only need voice channels for voice mail one ACDN is enough)
Config a CDN that will be acquired by the callpilot and is the number you call to access the Voicemail often 7000 for example, this CDN has a DFDN of the ACD group you just setup
Config the 2008 phones in the ACD group you defined (The channels of the callpilot)

the CP CDN is the callpilot CDN you configured above
