1165e ACD phones

I have started using 1165e IP phones for ACD agents. Now they are wanting to do training and need to use a dual handset/headset so a new employee can train. Is anyone doing anything like this? I have used wireless headset and paired two headset to the same unit but its not easy to do.

You can get handset splitters that have 2 plugins....you can plug headset into 1 and a handset or a wired headset into the other. I believe they are called training adapter y handset and headset splitter. Can get them on amazon and all over.
