1150E can't log in

hello all

I have an agent with a 1150E that can't lopin to their queue. When I stat the set it shows IDLE REGISTERED 00. I tried to disu/enlu the unit and still the agent can't login. They were able to call me from the DN on the same phone and while connected they tried to press the In-Calls key. We were disconnected and the agent was able to login. When I stat the lsc their set displays 20 = UNIT 20 = BUSY (1150 LOG IN ). This has happened twice in the week.
 
Make sure they are not already logged in (possibly someone else logged in with their ID by mistake too) and make sure they are following the right procedure to log in.
 
When they press their In Calls key nothing is happening. The ID's are assigned and we havent added any new agents. I think they may not have their headsts on at the time. I need to check.
