11504 error code -???? any ideas

Hello everyone
I have a client that has a BCM with an error code of 11504 and is not allowing any inbound or outbound calls
Log errors are being logged at about 100 every 10 seconds
Any ideas on a) why and b) resolution?

That appears to be a rare alarm.

-Did you try a reboot?
-What Rls is it?


11504 - 11504 Logging and alarm system expienced a queue full conditions and logs and or alarms may have been lost.
Desc: Logging and alarm system expienced a queue full conditions and logs and or alarms may have been lost.

So rare they never noticed their spelling error "expienced"?
