Got a huge headache from beating my head against the wall ( the wall won ), so I'm hoping for some guidance to minimize the amount I look like an idiot...

Customer has 1140e sip phones on a 3rd party call server ( Asterisk / 3CX ???? ), and needs licenses applied because the temp / try-and-buy ran out ( I think the customer is looking to activate the extended features ). I was handed an authcode with 16 NTYS01MAE6 sip licenses, but I don't know if they're the right licenses. I did find mention of token licenses, but can't find any meantion of how to setup / apply them either. I'm hoping not to roam around Avaya completely blind.

I love when crap gets dumped on me....AAaaarrrgghh!

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

The Avaya product codes for SIP licenses are:
NTYS01MAE6 - SIP Standard Features
NTYS01NAE6 - SIP Extended Features
NTYS01PAE6 - SIP Advanced Features
That means you have 16 licenses for SIP standard features. If the customer wants to activate extended features, you'll have to get NTYS01NAE6.
