1140E phone set up

I will be setting up some phones at a remote site that does not have a DHCP server there to pull info to the phones. I have the subnet for the site, does anyone know how I set up the phones so they can register to the CS1000? Do I put in the subnet under the gateway and re-boot? Will it download the latest firmware or do I have to do that at the main site?

If you don't have a DHCP server then you will need to assign static addresses to all the phones. Then put in the subnet and gateway along with the node IP and away you go.
