1140e options

i've been playing with the 1140e on a bcm
i know you can adjust the contrast the usual way (via BCM or feature *7)
but are there any other options for the display
i have one that sits "dark" until i pick up the handset and then it lights up bright and letters dark VERY clear to see
then the one beside it same f/w load i "think" never gets the "backdrop bright" and it looks like the letters just bleed into the display (hard to see)

i've noticed it here on on a few different phones (2 are the first example, 3 are the second example)

also, where do i change the business name that is displayed on the Display?
i know under telephony> Global Settings>feature settings there's business name
but changing that doesn't change the screen name displayed

i might have just answered my own question
i delved into the services menu
doesn't clean it up nice like the other sets here...but better
i am wondering if someone had intensity up too high for most of its life

still curious about the business name .... i'll keep reading

To change the name displayed on IP sets go to Resources - Telephony Resources. Click on IP Sets and let the data fill in the lower pane. Then change the field for Advertisement/Logo.
