I have a user who experienced a series of handset failures, the blue and red lights on the top of the handset flash with nothing appearing on the display and no dial tone on the handset.
If the network cable is removed and the phone rebooted the set comes up fine with a cable disconnect message. As soon as he inserts the network cable the fault re-occurs. When he replaces the handset the new handset works fine.

Has anyone experienced similar issues and if so did you have a resolution?
