1140e callers log

Good morning all,

When I scroll thru the callers log I get the CPND. When I press the right arrow key it shows the phone number and the number of times that caller has dialed the phone(1X, 2X etc).

The question is if a caller is listed with 2X can you see both calls with regards to time and date of the individual call? It seems to only log the most recent

Your observation is correct. The call log only keeps details for the most recent call when the same party calls multiple times.

I do not know of any way to change the behaviour to achieve your desired result.
