1140 set with Corporate Directory displaying [] on the thrid line.

WE are using 1140 phones with Corporate Directory being uploaded from TM4.0.

Whenever someone looks up a contact in corp dir we are seeing a black square [] on the thrid line, we updated to latest firmware. the .csv file does not have any specail chars in it. i am able to use the csv at another site and not get [].

ANy Ideas??

The third line is the Department field. Check your CND directory, and see what is in that field.

I have users with data in that field that displays correctly, and users with nothing in that field, and in these cases, the line is simply blank.
