1120e sets on Astersk system 1

Hello

I have 1120e sets on an Asterisk system. All sets light up, dim, then boot up Two of them , however, stay lit bright, and do not boot......any guess will help

My guess would be that the sets have Nortel Unistim software in them. They will work on the E-Metro Tel with Unistim because they have the proper drivers but dor an 1140 to work with pure asterisk I think they need to be running SIP.

Isn't there a "hacked" version of a UNISTIM module for Asterisk? From what I understand it's not 100% reliable...

You have to set up a TFTP server (Can do it on your PC) and flash the firmware over to SIP to be able to use it. If it is still using UNISTIM it won't work.
