1120e problem loading SIP firmware

Having problems with an 1120e set. Trying to load SIP firmware with TFTP server. For some reason, the set is not requesting the server. Any clues?

Double check the TFTP address again on the phone. Make sure the TFTP server is enabled. Those are usually the problems I have. I've done this a hundred times, but with the Pumpkin TFTP server.

In the Code, be sure download settings are on "Forced".

Let me know what happens.

also check your firewall if using windows.
You can turn it off temporarily to test
