1120e phones will not update Daylight Savings Time

I have a handful of 1120e that are not showing the updated Daylight Savings time. All other 1120e's are showing the updated DST, and also all of our 1140e's are showing the updated DST.

How can I fix the time of the phones that are not receiving the updated time?

I'm new to the Nortel CS1000 system and am still learning as I go.

my first two questions would be: are all of the sets on the latest firmware, and are all of the phones in the same zone?

Not sure about the latest and greatest firmware, but they all have the same firmware. They are all in the same zone.

Would not be a firmware issue. Check the zone.

For what it's worth, I did a Reconcile TN from Telephony Manager and the phones that were having the issue, updated to the correct time. I had to do it several times, but they finally updated.

Coming from a Cisco VOIP solution, I hate this phone system. JMO.
