1120e on ipoffice 8.1

i'm having a problem connecting a 1120e nortel phone on a ipoffice 8.1.
I've connected 1140e on a 7.0 with no problems.

This one the phone downloaded the new firmware and started and prompts me for a login. when i entre the login and passsword it says pass word denied. i tried using the same login info on a 9608 and it works fine so i know its not that.

Any ideas?
