1120E and 1140E display goes blank....

Has anybody seen this...we have several 1120E and 1140E sets and we are starting to get reports of the display going blank. The set is still registered and functional however the display is blank untill you reboot the device. We are starting to suspect the latest f/w loaded on the phones....C8G.

What year were the phones manufactured and are they connected to a GIG switch. If they are pre 2009 then you may have a power supply issue.

i'm having the same issue. Started looking at DSCP issues, but it is now escalated in ETAS. SIP traces show the SS not sending the file over correctly. I will let you know when they resolve.
