1120 sets inbound number and name display

Currently running rls 5.0 on a cs1000e. When an inbound call is presented to an 1120ip set, the display shows the number on screen. To view the name display of the inbound call you have to press the arrow that appears. Can the display be reversed so the name appears first on the set display??

What you see on the display of the 1120E/2002/1220 on an incoming call is a function of the configured time and date format, length of name, and length of number. If everything cannot fit on one line, then it splits between two lines and you need to scroll down to see the additional information.

I have a hosted Voip system and it's the same but is there a way to get Name to show first instead of number
