I have been working on replacing all of my 2004 sets with 1120's and 1140's. One set in particular is not displaying the incoming name of other phones in the office. I've outed the set and copied from another that works and I've replaced the set.I've doublechecked everything I can but I don't see a difference. When the set receives a call you get the number on the display and if you press that large button in the middle of the set to scroll down it shows the name but the rest of the phones display name and number on the same line without scrolling down. Anybody know what could be causing this?

On the set itself. Check how time and date are set to display and also you might want to check if the call timer is enabled on that set but not the others.
