1120 & 1140 firmware from c60 to c8g

I have a site that has not been current with FW updates and they have phones from another site that are running C8G that they are putting into production.
I am looking for the FW break's that I need to go to in order to get the whole site to the same or current level. Currently running C6O and will not go to C7? So I am thinking we need to get the older sets to some middle of the road so they can update.
