110V powered alert bell for noisy enviroment?

Apparently i'm inept at googling the correct phrase but i'm trying to find a 110V powered horn/loud ringer for a loud noise enviroment.

The device will connect to a Phone 8 port, but my usual line powered device is not loud enough.

Any NA vendors have a suggestion please?

Thanks Intrigrant for the input. I think what I'm looking for used to be installed by Bell pre-divestiture. About a 18"H x 8"W and loud enough to wake the dead but just can't find anything similar to it on the web.
