My 1103 dataset will just randomly stop. When I look up the records in the computer sometimes it just has the last records from 2 days ago. Then if I unplug the data set and back in it will start working. I'm guessing it might be bad but I'm wondering why my dealer who installed it didn't just use the SDMR port on the console. I would hook it back up to it but I can't remember the procedure to setup the console to spit out the SDMR data to the console printer port. Any help would be appreciated!

Matt,

Give your PBX's model number (SX-200,SX-2000, whatever...)& software version and I will try to get you your information.

sorry forgot the important port. SX-200 ICP MX ver 2.2

I've never seen a dataset go bad, first thing you might want to check is the wiring. Any loose or corroded connections will make it flake out.

As far as redefining the printer port, try Form 34.

Hope this helps.
