1100a unit dropping calls

Hello I have an opt 61c and a mcl 1100A extender. Recently my remote client is complaining about drop calls. I had the local teleco vendor check the line and they did not see an issue on there side. Do anyone have any ideas on how to reslove this issue?
Citel will not help and there great tech has left the company.
