1100 Series Expansion Module

Does anyone know how to get an 1100 series expansion module to come up. I plugged it in to a 1140e IP phone and the expansion module just gives me a code (ioov138, v115). The backlight doesn't come on either. I'm confused...

i'vent done one ...but the user guide says just plug it in and power up
I think it is supported only for the CS1000 Rel 4.5 +
Do you know if it is supposed to work on BCM?

Here are the bootup steps

Expansion Module performs self-test:
The self-test confirms the operation of the Expansion Module local memory, CPU, and other circuitry. While undergoing this self-test, the Expansion Module display lights up. Note: If the Expansion Module display does not
light up, or lights up and then goes blank, or fails to
begin flashing, check that the Expansion Module is
correctly installed and configured.

Expansion Module establishes communication with the IP Phone:
The Expansion Module display flashes until it establishes communication with the IP Phone. If the Expansion Module display does not stop flashing, communication has not been established with the IP Phone. Check that the Expansion
Module is correctly installed and configured.

Expansion Module downloads key maps:
The key labels download to the Expansion Module. During the download, the display is blank.

The 1100-Series Expansion Module is not yet supported on a BCM system.

Any ideas when the 1100 Series Expansion Module will be available for the BCM, specifically the BCM 50?

We just installed about 24 1120's on a BCM 50 and the receptionist wants more buttons!
