11.5 Brick Level for Exchange not Work!

Hi, I need help!

I have a server with Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition installed and Exchange 2003. I have the ARCserve Backup 11.5.

In the Exchange agent that remains on a server other than the manager,
the option to back up the level of database is work. The choice of brick level does not work. Sends the message: "Failed To Configure Your Server"

Check the Exchange Agent manual to verify the account for the bricks level was setup correctly.
 
Check your Agent Configuration on the Exchng box under Start\Programs\CA... Run through the configuration wizard. Make sure that your Arcserve Services are all running and that the service account being used is at least a member of Domain Admins, Administrators and Backup Operators.
