11.1 trying to get "pause" to work on a short code. Possible bug????

I have tried everything in the world including beating my own head against a wall. I don't remember having this kind of trouble.
We are trying to dial a number then pause and dial an extension# Trying on 2 different systems. One is on a SIP trunk the other POTS. The call just dials the main number and never adds the digits after the pause.

Are you trying to call another system and have it dial an extension on say an Auto Attendant? If so one pause is never going to cut it and I doubt you can add enough paused time to make this work and even if it does I doubt it would work consistently. More information would be good though.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
