10g R2, transactions waiting for the redo log buffer

We have a 10g Db that has started to get these messages. this is output from a query. Even with it sized as large as it is during peak we log switch every 8-9 minutes. Used grid control to set sizes and this is what it came up with. I guess the question is, do I really need to make the log files larger?
