Are these classes only the ones I need to take for 10g OCP Cert?

1Z0-042 Oracle Database 10g: Administration I
1Z0-043 Oracle Database 10g: Administration II

Are there any prerequisites? The reason I am asking is 9i has 4 tests to be done, but 10g has only 2 tests??
What is the recommended study material for the OCP Cert exam?
