1050 Designjet only prints from one application

We have a strange problem with our HP 1050 plotter. We moved offices about 2 months ago and had to reconfigure the plotter to use the new IP address. So far, so good. However, since the move the only application that is now printing to the plotter is Microstation, all other print attempts, including test prints, "disappear". We have tried updating the drivers without any luck. Any working suggestions, and/or troubleshooting options will be rewarded with my eternal gratitude!

If the "test" prints do not work,sounds like driver/config problem.
I would "uninstall" plotter. If this is a networked plotter I would factory default plotter config,the reconfigure.

Additional info, users are printing from both Win2000 and XP with the same results, ie nothing prints except for Microstation files. And yes, this is a network printer. The big mystery is why it allows Microstation files but nothing else to be printed!
