Okay, let me say from the start that the INA board was a terrible mistake and should have never been built. Here is my dilema: I have a customer that has 3 sites all with Magix. The central site has 2 INA modules - each one connects with Point-to-Point T1 using PRI to each of the other locations. If a system should go down or a circuit would bounce between the locations, the router portion of the INA boards will not come back. The Voice works fine (using 10 channels of the PRI for voice). The "Heartbeat" LED of the INA board will come on solid, then go off and stay off - no Ethernet LEDS either, acts like the router is dead. Sometimes a hard reboot of the switch will bring it back and sometimes not. Sometimes the routers will be stuck in a reboot. And finally, the weirdest thing, if you leave the router alone - no reset or anything - it has no LEDS on for the router portion, the damn thing will come to life after minutes or hours.

Has anyone ever had these types of issues with these INA modules?

Thanks,

Make sure you are at the latest firmware. There used to be a PCN available on Avaya's website, now it's shown as a INA firmware upgrade. The problem with the data link was caused by a buffer overflow.
