100DCD Errors

I am having some issues with a 100DCD after running a internal loopback test on this board I received the following error

DSE1 falied
bad conf slot TSA reg

anyone have any thoughts on this error and how I should proceed

yes

this is programmed as a PRI and it has been dropping the D-Channel and going in and out of service

I tried to change out the module with another and do a board renumber but I am still having the same issue

I am working with the phone comapny as well but i wanted to rule out my equipment

Do you see a significant number of MIS or SLP errors?

yes this lead me to beleive that it is a network issue

That's probably correct. I'd go to the Telco first,a nd get them to "prove" the circuit. You will need to ensure good cabling from the 100 DCD back to the smart jack, or whatever they are using.

thanks that is what I am in the middle of right now. I just watned to get a second opinion as I had not see that error before

You may still have a bad board, but if there is a question about the circuit, prove it first.
