I am not able to get my callpilot out of the rack to see what type of ram is in it and the size of the ram. I was curious if anyone knows? I am having some issues and told to replace the ram but not going to pay Avaya's unreal ram prices. I am hoping to only pull it out of the rack once to replace. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
