Trying to install a 1005r HA system and need to know if anyone had installed one. If so, I have a couple of questions. First, do you have to get both systems up and going before the channels become available and second do you have to program all your agents or can you just program a few for testing purposes? I have installed a 600r and had no problems but for some reason I can't get my first 1005r to accept calls.
