Can anyone provide input as how to interpret this code?
The report shows 1005 – idle/enter timeout 2 00:28:41
The Aspect Definition guide says it’s the amount of time1 agent has to enter an Idle with Reason code and press Enter.
it sounds like an agent started to sign out, but didn’t enter a reason code, so the system stopped waiting for the code. Maybe an agent hit sign out and just walked away, or entered a reason code digit, but did not hit enter on the keyboard to submit it.
I’m not too clear on what that means and am hoping someone could explain further.
