I cant seem to to get an explanation for this error.

Does anyone know what this actually means ?

Which application ?
Which line of code highlighted when in debug mode ?

Heh heh - it's a "general" error - we would need to see the line of code that failed and the ones directly preceding it, along with knowing the application and what the code was attempting to do at the time
