We're installing a 1000e. All of the routes are built, the dialing plan is all set and the pri is up. We can dial local, but long distance and toll free fail in the pbx. We think it has something to do w/ MFLT0 and MFLT1. Any ideas?

A 1000e is an expantion cabinet. For the LD do you have two seperate T1's? Need more info.If just one then it should go when dialing a 1 out the same route. If everything is going out 1 PRI then the dest.code should be a 9 and route 001 Absorb all.

You will probably need to change the default public DN length to 10 also.

bluemr2 is right, change the default length in Public Dial Plan from 7 to 10.

default if not changed is working he needs to change the 1 in pub dial plan to 11 where the 1 is dialed of how many digits.

Got it, it ended up being the telco wasn't accepting the 1. We dropped it and everything's working fine, Thanks.
