Does it try a connection for all mails or after trying for one it skip all others waiting for a later delivery ?

Keep in mind that the emails will expire after the configured period you control for queue lifetime. The web has plenty of examples how to accelerate/expire messages in queue if you wish to do so. Generally this condition doesn't cause a problem since it's part of the design for an MTA like qmail. D.E.R.
