Sorry not going to have much info here but here goes
I look after an Avaya system CM4
one of our clients lines goes to a client with a mitel switch staff there trans to us
The call stays up for 10 mins exactly and then drops

We have tested the VDN and the Avaya and cannot replicate it unless we call the mitel and get them to transfer to us

Has anyone with mitel skills got any idea where this timer might be

Thanks

Tim

See if internal calls on the Mitel have the same call duration.

@jrgood0852 - Your post reminds me of a Google easter egg.

Google - recursion

Response: Did you mean:recursion

On the Mitel, there is a timer to automatically disconnect calls that is normally not engaged.

I would check the COS option for the trunks: Enable Call Duration Limit on External Calls - Default is NO

If enabled the default disconnect time is 10 minutes.
