10 mbps 450-24t problem

I have had problems with nortels connecting 10 meg connections , I don't know if they are half duplex or full, but I just can't seem to get my cisco 2500 to talk to my 240-24t, I have to use a cheap trendnet switch and plug the nortel and cisco into that to get them to talk.

Anyone see anything like this?

Hi dttusa,

Just disable autonegotiation and set 10mbps/half duplex on this port where you want to connect your Cisco 2500 router. It should help.
