10 Key function

We are running a few apps that have an accounting flare..and the endusers complain from time to time that the 10-key function of the keyboard quits working thru their Citrix connection. If the user logs off..reboots thier machine then re-connects..this sometimes fixes the problem.

Anyone have a clue as to how I can make sure they keep this function without a reboot??

Next time they cannot use the 10-Key, have them toggle the NumLock.
I have seen this happen a few times when the client is toggling between local apps / published apps and changing their NumLock in-between.
