10.5 problem with HP printers

Hello all, I have a few users that are now running 10.5. When they print to our HP 4100 printer, it automatically selects a manual paper tray and you need to push a button on the printer to select from the normal paper tray. Does anyone know any fix to this?

As with any other printer issue uninstall and reinstall the printer.They are located in the user>library> preferences folder, look for this com.apple.PrintingPrefs.plist

Try downloading a newer version of the printer driver from HP. The current version is 7.8.0.761

You can search and see if there is a preference file or plist for that printer and move those to the trash and restart the box, the OS will recreate them.

Is this a shared printer or is it installed on each box?
