We recently implemented a Mitel system with 3300s and a Nupoint Messaging system. My problem lies in that I have 1 teleworker using UCA and only gets 1-way chat under certain conditions. If teleworker starts the chat, 2-way communication works fine. However, if somebody from within our network starts the chat, the teleworker will receive everything sent to her, but her replies never get back to us in the office. Please help!
